Designed for high volume catering operations the AMXXW boasts the ability to wash heavily soiled wash ware, quickly.  A 52 second cycle time provides a 70 rack per hour capacity; utilising Hobarts exhaust energy storage system makes the AMXXW one of the most economical passthrough dishwashers in the market. A flexible and quality dishwashing solution, when partnered with complimenting tables it provides a speedy and ergonomic dishwashing solution.
